A mid century modern inspired house in East Nashville

This 3 bedroom / 2bath house was designed for a small two home development in a popular area of East Nashville. Both homes were to play off of each other in design and style yet be their own separate vibe. The client is a fan of mid century modern architecture so we took elements from that but reimagined them to fit the project’s budget. The total square footage for each home was right around 1,850.
