This project was for a three bedroom house on a heavily
wooded site in Southern Indiana. The clients wanted
to build the house themselves and came to me with pictures
they had clipped from magazines. Requirements were
a full basement, master bedroom and bath on the main level,
and two kids’ rooms and a shared bath upstairs. They
wanted a total area of around two-thousand square feet. They
liked the look of an A-frame and wanted to maximize the views
of the surrounding trees.
