This design was for clients who were living in a small house
with a growing family. They wanted to add on two bedrooms
and an extra bathroom. The addition was designed so that
they could live in their existing house undisturbed during
construction.
There is a new bedroom and half bath located on the ground
floor with a master suite and master bath on the top floor.
The triangle layout allowed for someone sitting on the deck
to get a full view of the front, side and back yards.
The house was designed using simple materials and simple
construction techniques so that the client could build it
himself.
