This design wass for a spec house sited on a sloping hill with direct views of downtown Nashville located in a modern neighborhood.
This design incorporated all of the builder's requirements such as: a double heighted space in the living area, a large glass garage door in the living area that opens onto a large deck and has views of downtown, bedrooms upstairs with views of downtown from the master, and utilizing space by building on top of the garage.
