My step father owns a cabin on Lake Barkley in Eddyville, Kentucky. As our family grows, the existing house has become too small. The future plans are to tear down the existing house and rebuild.
This design features a very large living space and kitchen on the main level along with a master suite and screened in porch. The upper level contains 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bath. The walk out basement will also contain two bedrooms and two baths with a family area and garage for storage.
